Adult Fitness Classes

Strength training builds and maintains muscle mass, strengthens joints, supports weight loss, improves cardio vascular health and improves mood and mental health! Improve your heart health and stamina, strength and muscle tone, lower your resting heart rate and reduce stress!  Our Cardio Boxing class will improve your hand-eye coordination and balance all while learning the correct form and boxing technique.

The focus is on arms, shoulders and back using several different sets of dumbbells from light to moderate to heavy. Your arms, shoulders, back and chest will become stronger and more toned than ever before! You'll look and feel fabulous...and everyone will want to know your secret.

Core & Lower Body

The emphasis is on the core; plus quads, hamstrings and glutes in this intense conditioning class. We use a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, body bars, ankle weights, ice boards, core balls, bosu balls, bands and your own body weight to get your core engaged and strong.

Cardio Boxing

Instructed by Susan Chung

Jab, cross, hook, uppercut and bob and weave your way through this amazingly fun workout.  With challenging yet do-able shadow boxing combinations and heart pumping music, you will have the best, sweaty time and improve your cardio endurance in no time. Classes also include light leg and core work.
