At Bruce Chung's you can attain all of your fitness goals in a friendly, fun and safe environment. The dynamic team of Grandmaster Bruce Chung and Master Susan Chung teach a wide variety of fitness classes to meet the needs of everyone.  In their innovative classes the Chung’s incorporate an assortment of fitness equipment including Kettle Bells, Dynabands, Free Weights, etc. to keep their classes exciting and challenging.  The Chung’s high-energy and motivation encourages clients to reach their maximum potential in every single class! 

Been away from exercise from a while?  Bruce Chung’s Fitness has the perfect class to get back into shape.  Our Core AB-vantage classes taught by Lisa Klasner are offered every Monday and Wednesday.  Lisa’s strong Pilates knowledge and fitness training enable her to create classes that will get you feeling and looking great before you know it. (Lisa will be out for the month of August.  She will return on September 8th.)
