Core Training

Taught by Lisa Klasner every Monday.  A total body resistance training class with an emphasis on the core.  We achieve this by using bands, free weights, weighted balls, body bars and bosu balls.

Pil•ates noun:
A body conditioning routine focusing on the core muscles, that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination.
